Low Season - Rates

01 April to 30 November 

($88,-p/n) + 7% Tourist Tax

• Maximum 2 adults / minimum stay is 4 nights. 
• Rates Included water and wifi
• Electricity: Upon arrival, you will receive 10kWh per day, which will be sufficient for your entire stay with the normal use of electricity, using the air conditioner 8 hours per day
• Cleaning is included every week with a minimum stay of 7 days.
• $200 deposit

High Season - Rates

01 December to 31 March 

($99,-p/n) + 7% Tourist Tax

• Maximum 2 adults / minimum stay is 4 nights.

• Electricity: Upon arrival, you will receive 10kWh per day, which will be sufficient for your entire stay with the normal use of electricity, using the air conditioner 8 hours per day

  of your stay.

• A damage deposit of USD 200 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
  

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels less than 5 day in advance, the two first nights are non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation fees for remaining nights will be refunded. All bank/refund fees are due by the guest. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded. No-show is subjected to a full fare fee.
